Draw Something — is a word game, where game players can make words and visualize them.

The app pairs you with the random user. One of them draws the word and other tries to guess what did his opponent want to picture — that is how the game works. If the user is stumped, the other player can detonate bombs to eliminate some letters, though that doesn't always help. By solving that tasks players may earn coins, which they can use to buy more bombs.
